RING ONE   IN HAND SHOWING    COMMENCING 10.00 am 
Class 1  Yearlings – colt, filly or gelding. 
Class 2  Two or Three Year Old – colt, filly or gelding. 
Class 3  Best Condition – 14.2 and under. 
Class 4  Best Condition – Over 14.2 
Class 5  Inhand Showing – any height, age or breed 
Class 6  Part Bred – any height, any age. 

LUNCH BREAK 40 MINUTES 

Class 7  M&M Large Breeds – to be shown in their natural state.  Connemara, Dales, Highland, Fells, New Forest & Welsh C & D 
Class 8  M&M Small Breeds – to be shown in their natural state. Exmoors, Shetlands, Dartmoors, Welsh A & B 
Class 9  Foreign Breeds – Horse or pony. 
Class 10 Pony of Show Hunter Type - 15hh and under 
Class 11 Horse of Hunter Type - Over 15hh 
Class 12 In Hand Cob  
 

Ring Championship 
All 1st & 2nds eligible to enter the ring championship.  Champion goes through to the Supreme of Day after all rings have finished. Supreme Champion on 23rd May - 1st Prize £200
 

Please Note :-  All stallions and colts must be bitted and handled by an adult competitor

(18 years and over on 1st Jan 2010). 

 
RING TWO   RIDDEN SHOWING   COMMENCING 10.30am 
Class 14  Best Turned Out – open to horses or ponies, rider any age 
Class 15  Senior Equitation  
Class 16  M&M Large Breeds – Connemara, Dales, Highland, Fells, New Forest, Welsh C&D, to be shown in their natural state.  
Class 17  Show Hunter Type – 15hh and under

Class 26 Lead Rein  – not to exceed 12.2hh.   
Class 27 First Ridden – not to exceed 12.2hh.   
Class 28 Junior Equitation – 10 – 16 years, snaffle bridle only.  Cavesson or flash nosebands only.  No artificial aids, whips or spurs in any equitation class. 
Class 29  Young Handler  8 years and under 
Class 30  Young Handler 9 – 16 years

Class 32  Prettiest Mare – ridden or inhand

The 4 Ring Champions will go forward to the Supreme Championship, which will commence as soon as all 4 Ring Championships have finished.

Supreme Champion 1st Prize on 23rd May is £200. Prizes for June onwards will be decided nearer to the time.
 

 
 

NB.  It is not possible for Foxes to put all rules for each society under all classes to accept  qualifiers as they all different.  Please refer to the qualifying society for their rules to see if you are eligible to qualify. DOG CLASSES – COMMENCING 12 NOON  
 

Dog Classes are held in the outdoor sand school.  Please head towards the main entrance to the riding school and before entering the courtyard after the car park there is a left hand entrance to the sand school. 
 
CLASS 1  Best Puppy (6-12 months on show day) 
CLASS 2  Any variety small breed 
CLASS 3  Any variety large breed 
CLASS 4  Best Veteran (8 yrs and over) 
CLASS 5  Best Condition Dog or Bitch 
CLASS 6  Most Handsome Male Dog 
CLASS 7  Prettiest Bitch 
CLASS 8  Best Mongrel 
CLASS 9  Best Dog with a long tail 
CLASS 10  Best Handler 15 years and under 
CLASS 11  Dog the judge would most like to take home. 
 

1st & 2nd from above classes go through to the Championship
